I am an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a proven track record delivering benefit lead business transformation projects across multiple industries including NHS, Banking, Insurance, Education, Media, IT and Councils. I have developed a genuine passion to drive organisational change to not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Always looking to seek out new opportunities to enhance service delivery and operating efficiencies, i enjoy undertaking internal process improvement projects and monitoring the impact of the change post implementation. Outside of work I am a keen sports enthusiast and enjoy volunteering as an Assistant Football Referee, supporting my son play football and watching my daughter at dance and ballet classes. I also offer my free time in the evenings to 'Help the Homeless' by regularly collecting food parcels and delivering them to the local homeless shelters.
