Holding a CompTia A+ CE IT Certification and knowledge in programming with Codesys, HTML, CSS, BASH, and Arduino C++, I am proficient in customer support and pre-sales technical assistance. In my previous role at EXCO International LLC, I gained valuable experience in maintaining and administering the company's IT infrastructure, providing training to staff, and managing domestic and international shipping and receiving. I also supported integration testing for product compatibility and handled customer support for technical inquiries.
