During both my Undergraduate and Graduate programs, I was a Division 1 varsity distance runner for UVA's Cross Country/Track & Field team. As a student-athlete, I trained to strengthen my body and discipline my mind, while the circumstances of my experiences taught me problem-solving, strategizing, teamwork, and leadership.
