Thank you for viewing my LinkedIn - I have worked for Damovo which has now been taken over by Daisy since December 2009 starting on the Service desk managing customer tickets, I then progressed to a first line engineer working on Mitel MCD/MiVoice Business, Aastra MxOne and Cisco Call Manager systems. I have since then expanded my knowledge and certifications and now work in the 2nd line MCD team working on MCD/MiVoice Business systems remotely on a day to day basis, dealing with faults, configuration requests and investigating problem/RCA tickets.
