AIB Customer Operations Specialist - I am involved with various different teams. When I first started with AIB I was assigned a core task as an ATM monitoring team member, after a year or so I moved to are more senior level and took on extra resonabilties. I am now on a new team which looks after settlements and invoices for offsite ATM's. On the monitoring team I would deal with keeping all the ATM's and other devices such as Kiosks, Cash and Cheque Lodgement devices in service across Ireland and the North.This would require calling branches and merchants and advising errors on their devices and offering assistance on how to get the device back in service. When I grew further in the role I took on more responsibilities. My first role outside ATM monitoring was distribution of cash cassettes to all of the AIB region. If a branch or merchant had a failing cash cassette I would advise and assist them in the steps to get a new one. In this role I dealt with different delivery company's, a waste disposal company and all the branches and merchants with AIB Device's. The next role I was assigned to was to monitor GMV alarms, this would involve running checker alarms to scan for any software faults or security alerts within a devices software, followed on by reporting this to the appropriate team to investigate. Recently I have completed training to briefly investigate these issues myself. In September 2017 I was an integral member of the windows 7/installation team. I was still involved with my other roles but my main focus for the those months was the win 7 team and the upgrading of devices and communicating with engineers on site. I also completed another project switching all devices from 1 security platform to another. This project took place over the space of 4 months, with included building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Following on from the success of the various projects and core resposnabilities, I saught new roles and a different direction in AIB. I took on Cash Manement and Active Operations Management (AOM). Cash Management involved managing cash stock for ROI and NI, this includes placing cash orders, monitoring and maintaining cash levels for all devices. I hold meetings with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to discuss possible improvements in service. With AOM I plan, manage, engage and motivate team members to improve productivity and reduce costs within our department. I am on a social committee for the customer services department.
