Background

About Alex Dahmer

With over 5 years of dedicated experience at Spark Power, I have cultivated a strong understanding of the high voltage industry. Beginning my journey with no prior knowledge, I embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and excel. Through my commitment to excellence and relentless pursuit of knowledge, I have honed my skills in substation construction, and project supervision. I aspire to take on more of a leadership role within the Company. I am driven by a passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations. Ready to embark on new challenges, I am eager to contribute my expertise in electrical construction to drive success and growth in the industry. In the past 6 months, I was given the opportunity to learn our Material Procurement process, and work directly with our Project Coordinators and Purchasers. I’ve developed a strong understanding for their roles by helping with inventory management, material handling, and shop management. My short term ambitions are geared towards learning more skills and, gaining more experience within Project Coordination and Site Supervision responsibilities. My long term ambitions will focus on developing a stronger sense of how a project is managed, and understanding the quirks and subtleties of each project. If you’ve made it this far, and you share some of the same ideals then I would love to hear from you, and help build each others network.
