About Alex Dang

I am a systems analyst with a focus primarily on data analytics, working for the past three years in the consulting and airline industry. I have contributed to automating workflows where possible and been involved in end-to-end development of analytics for the business. This ranged from landing the data all the way to developing dashboards for business facing consumption. I have gained a lot of knowledge in the possible ways to ETL data using the Microsoft Azure stack and know of the various services to leverage in making the process lean and efficient. Most notably, using technologies such as LogicApps, Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Blob Storage, SQL, and Power BI to wrangle data together from various sources for one central place of visualization. Always looking forward to the next problem to solve when it comes to working with large data sets and breaking it down into meaningful stories for businesses.
