About Alex Daykin

Have nearly eight years of experience in working in the consumer and media research industry having worked for multiple market-leading agencies. These client-facing roles have included managing a portfolio of over 30 FMCG brands/companies at Kantar Worldpanel where I provided shopper insight services. Since 2019, I have excelled in my various roles at Onclusive (previously Kantar Media prior to an acquisition in January 2022), providing social listening services for major global brands. With these roles has come valuable experience in nurturing and maintaining client relationships, analysing large volumes of data to provide them with key areas of success and risk/concern, along with public speaking proficiency having delivered countless presentations to an array of high-profile clients over the years. Keeping the needs and circumstances of these clients at the heart of all decision making and actions is a strong personal motivation and belief. Away from the industry, i have utilised my public speaking ability to perform spoken word poetry on stage for over 9 years. This has included performing at large events for charities such as CALM and art institutions such as the NOW Gallery.
