I'm an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst and have proven that I'm competent and able to deliver work recognised at a high level by both internal and external customers at various companies. My work life and willingness to develop my skills has taken me to the role of Cybersecurity which has confirmed to me that I love working in this industry and will happily continue to evolve my skills within it, which is further evidenced by my connections and expertise. This has enabled me to assist with various internal and external projects and system upgrades at each of the companies I have worked for alongside learning more within my daily work. This extends to my customer service skills and general technical skills as I have always quickly built a rapport with customers, demonstrating my unique ability to get the job done while educating customers on what they need to know without overwhelming them with technical terms.
