I'm a people operations specialist with extensive organizational development, analytics and leadership experience across multiple industries. My passion is people and the data and their intersection. Over the past 7 years, I have dedicated my career to leveraging data-driven insights to optimize people processes and support strategic business decisions. This experience has sharpened my skills to analyze complex workforce data, uncover valuable actionable trends and implement impactful strategies that drive organizational success. One of my most notable achievements includes initially building the program and then securing a 7-figure Annual Recurring Revenue commitment from all BC Public Schools Districtrs to BCPSEA by delivering data-centric reports that demonstrated the value of their investment. This critical role underscores my capability in building foundational processes from scratch, laying the groundwork for operational efficiency and future success. Most recently, I used my collection of data and reporting to redefine the internal HR processes at UpMeals that lead to new policies that improved employee success, accountability and reduced costs to the company.
