About Alex Driggs

My focus is simple: making learning operations work better through intelligent automation. At nCino, I combine learning operations expertise with AI tools to eliminate the busywork that slows down enablement teams. I'm currently automating workflows with Claude and n8n that previously consumed 15+ hours weekly - from data processing to system updates. Through Domo, I've built data dashboards that give instant insights into training effectiveness, helping stakeholders make informed decisions quickly. As a 3x Salesforce certified and nCino certified professional, I bring both technical depth and platform expertise to every initiative. One of my key achievements was leading the technical implementation and project management for a complete LMS rollout, taking it from vendor selection through go-live and ongoing optimization. Today, I manage a complex tech stack of 5+ platforms including Intellum, Honorlock, Salesforce, Elucidat, and Domo, constantly finding ways to integrate and streamline these systems. What used to be complex vendor contracts and system administration headaches are now smooth operations. I believe the future of learning operations lies in intelligent automation - freeing teams to focus on strategy, not spreadsheets.
