About Alex Dugdale

My experience is focused on two pillars: driving sales and building people's capabilities. I started my career within the hospitality industry, where I demonstrated the value of mentoring people to unlock their potential and aligning strategic initiatives to people's strengths. Moving to a Fortune 500 company I was able to apply my experience and enable them to not only scale operation but exceed financial objectives, including growing specific markets by 25%, increasing revenue by $12M and improving the lead conversion rate by 14%. I also demonstrated hands-on experience working internationally and replicating incredible success in Australia, India, Japan, South East Asia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam. My ability to step into new cultural environments and hit the road running is second to none, with confidence in building meaningful relationships, developing localised sales tools, and delivering culturally appropriate training programs. Recently, I decided to set up my own company, LiftUp, that focuses on transforming frontline managers into effective leaders. Leveraging two decades of sales, customer success and leadership development experience, I am able to support people in defining and achieving their leadership goals while empowering their direct team to perform at their best. I work with clients in identifying growth opportunities and develop clear plans to achieve their targets!
