Currently working as a Quality and Compliance Officer at DNA Awarding, one of SCL’s partner companies, I specialise in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the awarding and qualifications sector. In several previous roles, I oversaw the development and implementation of internal policies, assess operational procedures, and work to streamline processes that enhance both customer experience and organisational efficiency. With a strong background in content creation, I have successfully produced a wide range of materials, including customer-facing content, internal systems documentation, and policy manuals. My experience also spans marketing, where I have been responsible for crafting compelling messaging and driving campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Additionally, my experience in education has given me invaluable insight into the needs of learners and training providers, further fuelling my keen interest in training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives.
