About Alex Esterly

Throughout my career as an experienced leader, technical architect and business owner, I have consistently demonstrated success by developing strategies and leveraging both existing and new technologies to achieve corporate goals while maintaining strong customer/end-user satisfaction, reducing operating costs, and retaining technology investment value. With 30+ years of experience in the Information Technology field, I continue to find reward in helping businesses to improve effectiveness and increase efficiencies through strategically aligned technology solutions and increase both effectiveness and value in business critical information systems. My leadership experiences have allowed me to successfully lead and develop global teams consisting of technical staff from North America and other countries throughout Europe and Asia. Furthermore, my technical expertise provides me with many opportunities to set corporate strategic direction for many business essential technologies as well as design, implement, and support the resulting technology solutions. Along with the technical and leadership roles, I continue to be actively involved in many of the business aspects of IT including budgeting, managing vendor relationships, negotiating service contracts, and effectively selling or marketing technical services. My goal is to continually develop my leadership and technical skills in areas such as cloud, infrastructure, security, and virtualization technologies so that I can continue to contribute my expertise to the growth and development of the company for which I work and the customers that I work with.
