About Alex Foley

Music and sound has always been a passion of mine and as I gained an understanding of the mechanics of sound and audio engineering I became determined to become part of the music and entertainment industry. Having worked in the industry now for over 7 years I have had experience with live sound, studio recording as well as post production audio. I currently work as an audio engineering lecturer at SAE Institute Dubai and this gives me an opportunity to teach the next generation of audio superstars while simultaneously working along side industry professionals on their projects as a freelancer. Post production is where I excel. I have worked as a sound designer, 5.1 surround mixer but I specialize in the art of Foley. I have worked on several film productions, most recently a feature length film where I provided all of the Foley work as well as mixing the film into 5.1 surround sound. I am looking forward to expanding my portfolio and to be renowned in the region for the quality of my work.
