Replacing urban public transport with e-buses, customization of transportation models to fit the route, setting technical parameters of e-buses, charging stations, energy storage systems and software compatible with the requested model, capital expenditure optimization, focus on transportation cost per km and passenger satisfaction. I have a unique experience of introducing e-buses into the megalopolis passenger transportation system, as well as developing technological solutions for an optimal use of e-buses and infrastructure. Plus the experience gained in developing innovative products in corporations. I’m focused such 8 years’ experience to urban passenger transport to provide a unique approach at the initial stage of switching to e-buses project and its further adaptation into urban economy.The consulting company was opened in Dubai (the United Arab Emirates) and deals with developing and implementing new technologies for city authorities and public transport operators planning purchase of e-buses or operating e-bus depots. Our goal is collaborating with the best professionals in the field of public transportation, analysing the most effective approaches and elaborating business standards of e-bus integration.I live in Dubai and manage consultation projects on MENA and LatAm markets, develop technological and managerial solutions for cities that are meant to help city authorities and operators to optimize e-buses operation and avoid possible shock from their introduction. I develop software that automates the operation of the key e-bus depot parameters. The main goal of the software is to meet the target cost of transportation per kilometer and constant control of the parameters that influence the cost. We also create technological solutions that provide for a greater capacity of e-buses and infrastructure in order to yield more on capital investment (work ratio of the capital assets). We elaborate standard technical and software solutions for cooperation with electricity suppliers.
