About Alex Ford

I'm currently working behind the bar at Wetherspoons, but I am planning to train to become a yacht deckhand within the next year. I was studying A-Level History, Politics and Classical Civilisation at Warwick School between September 2022-June 2024. However due to some special health circumstances, I haven’t been able to sit these exams. I achieved a limited 7 GCSEs in May/June 2022 due to some health issues during my schooling. I studied for half a year at Warwick School, before studying for another half year at Stratford-on-Avon School. I then spent my last year, self-tutoring with help from Independent tutor lessons a few times a week. I then achieved Level 6 in History and Geography. Level 5 in Maths, English Literature and Combined Double Science Award. I also achieved Level 3 in English Language, but intend to resit this with hope of a higher grade in the future. I got into Warwick School in 2017 with an Academic Scholarship which I held until I left in 2020. In early 2019 I started to suffer with Recurrent Depressive Disorder, which has unfortunately hampered my senior education. However, after years of suffering I have had not issues for the last 9 months and wish to only look onwards and upwards.
