About Alex Ford

I am a New York-based writer and creative. Before starting my current position as a Copywriter with Notion LLC, I worked as an Associate Language Strategist for Maslansky + Partners, conducting quantitative and qualitative market research to help companies in a wide variety of industries find the best words, phrases, and framing to effectively communicate with their audience. Before that, I spent four years at the University of Notre Dame studying English and Theology with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Russian Studies. While there, I cut my teeth in theater management through my involvement with the Not-So-Royal Shakespeare Co. As board a member, director, and producer for the troupe, I was a key player in our efforts to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and provide safe, accessible entertainment to our community through the 2020-2021 academic year. My creative work has been featured in the 2024 Every Woman Biennial, 2023 One Page Poetry Anthology, NYU’s Brio. Literary Magazine, Notre Dame’s Re:Visions and Juggler publications, and Society 19 Magazine.
