Background
About Alex Frank
My name is Alex Frank, and I was sports director of Bearcast Media from 2018-2021. I graduated from Cincinnati in 2021 with a B.A. in Communication. Currently, I cover the Cincinnati Bengals, Kentucky Wildcats, Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bearcats and FC Cincinnati for several credentialed outlets as a writer and podcaster. I co-host two podcasts covering Ohio State Football and Men’s Basketball for Land Grant Holy Land, Ohio State’s branch of SB Nation. In addition, I cover the Bengals for SB Nation’s Cincy Jungle and Kentucky for SB Nation’s A Sea of Blue while also covering the Reds, Bearcats and FC Cincinnati for CLNS Media, Field Level Media and Sports Illustrated. My passion for sports, sports broadcasting, sports writing, people and networking have led me to where I am today and where I am hopefully heading in my career.
