With over 10 years of work experience in various industries, I am a process and innovation leader with a passion for customer satisfaction, retail sales, and retail. I hold a CSC and a PGA Class A certification, and I have a diploma in business administration with a specialization in professional golf management. Currently, I am the Senior Manager Process and Innovation at Calgary Lock & Safe, where I oversee the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the company. Previously, as Senior Retail Operations at High Tide Inc, I coordinated the operations and logistics of multiple retail locations across Canada, and supported the launch of new products and services. I also worked as a Teaching Professional at Modern Golf, where I provided golf instruction and coaching to clients of all skill levels and backgrounds, and won multiple PGA of Alberta championships and awards. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities, and I strive to deliver excellence and innovation in everything I do.
