I have over 6 years of retail operational management experience where I have strayed away from traditional leadership to meet the needs and goals of a new generation of professionals like me. I excel at delivering results whilst creating a fun, engaging, and challenging environment where employees learn the financial freedom and success that they can achieve through taking ownership in the business. I consistently develop and research new methods for brand building, community engagement and leadership capabilities to ensure that the business is always adapting to new and challenging trends. Through these evolving methods, I have taken multiple underperforming locations to record metrics in productivity, turnover, customer engagement and profits. I encourage my leaders and my peers to try new things, deliver results through the lens of innovation, and stretch the walls that they’ve grown in to grow the business and brand.
