About Alex Gamso

Ever since 6th grade when I got my first email address and emailed numerous amusement/theme parks and roller coaster design/manufacturing companies, I knew that I wanted to be a mechanical engineer. Well, I probably knew that when I was much younger while riding rides, tuning into Disney Imagineering specials, and tinkering with K'NEX and LEGO sets. Fast forward to now, the roller coaster of life has brought me into the world of automotive. Making things, continuously improving, and exploring cultures are what drive me. As I work through challenges, I keep two things in mind. The first being something I discovered in my first engineering job: flow. You have to go with it, create it, and embrace it. Of course the second is my favorite Walt Disney quote,"All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them."
