Background
About Alex Gillespie
As a Project Director at Kaye/Bassman, I lead executive and strategic hiring across the rapidly evolving Construction Technology (ConTech) sector by connecting top talent with the innovators reshaping how we design, build, and manage the built environment. I partner with founders, VCs, and hiring leaders at venture-backed startups and high-growth ConTech firms to fill mission-critical roles across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations. From preconstruction and field operations to BIM, VDC, and digital project delivery, I help companies scale smarter and faster with leaders who drive adoption and long-term impact. Whether it's a Series A disruptor or a post-Series C scaleup, I bring a consultative, hands-on approach rooted in real-world construction workflows and emerging technologies—AI, robotics, digital twins, and reality capture among them. Let’s connect if you’re: Hiring in ConTech Exploring your next role in the space Passionate about transforming the built environment through technology
