I am a Claims Quality Assurance Consultant with over a decade of experience in the auto insurance industry, who can partner with multiple business groups to assess strengths and opportunities, while delivering feedback to numerous customers across the organization. For me, this means striving to meet business goals and developing people. I have strong communication skills, honed in both in-person and virtual environments. I am extremely comfortable with autonomous work, while also possessing the leadership skills to unify and lift up both small and large project groups at department and company levels. I am an empathetic and understanding person who is able to build rapport with both customers and team members. With significant experience in food service and hospitality, I have cultivated numerous important soft skills. I have excellent time management capabilities that come from forecasting needs and working in a production/ deadline driven environment. Emotional intelligence comes from being relatable in customer facing situations, while simultaneously nurturing stability and clarity within the team. Whether it’s proactively balancing the needs of numerous customers or coordinating a continuous flow of orders, I am comfortable multitasking under pressure. I have a bachelors degree in Interpersonal / Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida and hold an All Lines Claims Adjuster license.
