About Alex Gray

Have you ever felt like you were not achieving your full potential or like there was something more you could do? I have felt these same things. Because of this, I have chosen to pursue my degree in Business Management at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at USU. With the right tools, everyone can achieve more, both in their professional lives and personal lives. I love working with people and helping them to obtain these tools. I love to see them succeed in their careers as well as in their personal life. Recently I have been seeking out what exactly these tools are. I have had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most driven and successful people to understand how they do it. One chance I had was to work on a unique project under Lowe’s Companies, Inc. This project was named P51. It was a company-wide project tasked with resetting their merchandising bays to replicate every other store in the company. Through this project, I learned how to manage and provide the tools these associates needed to succeed, including motivating them. I love looking back on the times I have helped people and take joy in seeing their success.
