I am an experienced digital and business intelligence leader with over several years’ experience operating at senior and executive level across NHS acute providers, integrated care systems and telecommunications. I have a proven ability to shape digital strategy, lead complex ICT and BI functions and deliver transformative change across infrastructure, cyber, data, analytics and operational environments.I have a strong track record in driving major digital transformation, strengthening organisational resilience, developing system-wide intelligence capabilities and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams. My work has consistently improved service quality, enabled informed decision-making, enhanced compliance and delivered reliable, efficient and future-ready digital services across large and politically sensitive settings.Professionally, I am currently employed as Head of ICT & Digital Services at Derbyshire Support & Facilities Services, where I am accountable for organisational digital strategy, ICT operations, cyber posture, digital transformation, PMO oversight and the leadership of a workforce of around 80 staff.
