About Alex Grieger

With over nine years of experience in training and development, I am passionate about empowering global teams with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As the Global Training & Development Lead at Bose Corporation, I design, deliver, and evaluate innovative and engaging learning solutions using Articulate 360 and other tools. I also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align training strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Previously, I was a Global Customer Service Trainer at Bose, where I developed and facilitated training programs for customer service agents across multiple regions and languages. I also coached and mentored new and existing trainers, ensuring quality and consistency of training delivery and performance. Before joining Bose, I was a Customer Service Trainer/Coach at SELLBYTEL Group, where I provided training and coaching for various clients in the technology and communication sectors. I have a strong background in foreign languages and communication, having studied at Atlas Sprachschule and SABEL Berufsfachschule in Germany. I am motivated by the mission of Bose to create products and experiences that help people reach their fullest human potential.
