Background

About Alex Groenendijk

I help marketing teams accelerate by translating strategy into smart, scalable execution, with a strong focus on people, processes, and results. As a Paid Media Growth Marketeer, I bring not only the digital expertise that drives growth, but also structure, clarity, and direction to teams that want to move forward. I work T-shaped: strategic where needed, hands-on where possible. My strength lies in enabling real, lasting change. Not by talking about it, but by building it together. Whether it’s data-driven campaigns, team structures, or test & learn cultures, I guide teams through the change and empower them along the way. With experience at companies like NS, ING, Nationale-Nederlanden, Bol.com, and FinancialLease.nl, I know what works and what it takes to stay focused in high-pressure environments. I’m not here to just fill a gap; I’m here to create lasting impact and leave teams stronger than I found them. What to expect when working with me - A sharp eye on both strategy and execution - Tactical reinforcement in performance and paid media - A data- and KPI-driven mindset with a human touch - Coaching of teams and individual marketers - Calm, structure, and positive energy in any transformation Interested in working with me?
