About Alex Harber

Two years of proven experience leading, directing, managing, and developing complex Military organizations. I effectively maintained 7.8 million dollars worth of Army Chemical Corp equipment and in additionally I supervised the upkeep of a separate 12.8 million dollars worth of equipment that was loaned out to four different organizations. Directly responsible for managing projects and training exercises with up 467 Soldiers, while coordinating with adjacent units to ensure optimal cohesion during these events. Developed and initiated a plan that improved our Battalions inspection pass rate from twenty-five percent to one-hundred percent and exceeded my senior leaders expectations doing so. As a mid-level manager, I have a proven track record to overcome many diverse challenges, while exceeding my senior raters expectations.
