About Alex Harris

While working on a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts lowell, I am a Spirits Manger and an aspiring artist who is passionate about the arts, design, and helping others. I have multiple skills in retail sales, management, and customer service, which I developed and honed through my work experience at VinoDiVino and Beaver Summer Programs. As an Assistant Manager at Vinodivino, I was responsible for and selling spirits, managing inventory, and training staff. I contributed to increasing sales, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness by using my product knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism. I also have experience working with children and adults as a Behavioral Health Technician at New England ABA and a Summer Camp Counselor at Beaver Summer Programs, where I learned how to work with diverse and complex needs, motivate and support others, and multitask and handle tough situations. My goal is to pursue an a career where I can combine my passion for the arts and drive for helping other to create a change
