Alex is the Managing Director for the Plante Moran China Operation. Alex has an engineering degree and is also a licensed Chinese CPA. Alex has a long history of success working with foreign companies operating in China. He provides expertise to clients engaged in international business in North America, Europe and Asia. He is in charge of developing business strategy, supplier identification and assessment, program management, engineering consulting as well as accounting and tax services. Alex has twelve years of experience in mechanical manufacturing, as well as experience as a technician and quality engineer in the Automotive Tier 1’s. Alex’s unique blend of educational, engineering, cross-cultural, financial and business strategy credentials and experience has been hugely beneficial to companies investing in, or operating in, China. Alex holds a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
