WHAT I DOThroughout my career, I have managed the customer workflow for various types of organizations providing electrical, brewing manufacturing, security alarm, healthcare, and technical products and services. I can effectively understand client needs, which allows me to coordinate the right support and services to ensure satisfaction and retention. I am also quick at developing product knowledge to answer questions, respond to concerns, and facilitate issue resolutions. I always drive continuous improvement efforts and aim to uphold high delivery and quality standards to elevate operational excellence.WHAT I HAVE ACHIEVED• Created 75-150 return authorizations for damaged or incorrectly shipped/ordered products for a brewing manufacturing company. • Participated in implementation of tracking system to monitor customer satisfaction and excessive returns to prevent fraud and waste.• Maintained secure filing of 300+ customer jobs, archiving and destroying files as required by law and company policy. • Scheduled 20+ daily service and installation requests and dispatched five technicians with corresponding parts and permits.
