Alex is an accomplished commercial operator with expertise in sports sponsorship and partnerships. He discovered his passion for working in the sports industry during a university placement with the Racing Point Formula 1 team (now Aston Martin). Since then, he spent over 2 years with General Sports Worldwide, an American-owned sports marketing and management agency, where he managed Partnership Development for English Football League club accounts: Sunderland AFC and West Bromwich Albion. In addition, Alex worked on high-end sponsorship deals across various sports, including football, Formula 1, and tennis. As of April 2023, Alex joined Oracle Red Bull Racing focusing on the Esports Partnership business, ensuring that team partners receive maximum impact. He will also work with brands seeking to enter the sim-racing and F1 Esports space." Alex earned his BSc in Business Management from the University of East Anglia (Norwich, UK). He is passionate about motorsport, gaming, esports, and cultivating great partnerships.
