As a Senior Specialist at Gartner, I leverage my education in secondary education and international business, as well as my 6 years of experience in research content, to mentor and coach new hires and tenured associates on a variety of teams. I work closely with the Analyst Community to assist our clients and their stakeholders with the latest research and connections. I collaborate with the workforce development team to create programs and deliverables for our department globally, and I monitor team performance regularly to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.My mission is to enable and empower my colleagues to provide the best possible service to our clients, by sharing my knowledge, skills, and best practices in research content, business processes, and analyst coverage. I have developed training materials for new-hires, created and maintained an analyst coverage guide, and organized coverage calls with analysts, resulting in reduced outreach, improved call alignments, and greater team knowledge. I am passionate about learning, teaching, and facilitating communication across teams and regions.
