Change Professional with a track record in successfully delivering strategic change across organisations. Particular experience in people change projects, including communications & stakeholder management, implementing organisation-wide strategic change, cultural impact, and direction. I have a keen interest in looking for creative solutions to change management challenges and use a range of strategies to bring people through change successfully. Skilled in communications, stakeholder engagement, innovation, solution development, and ‘first of a kind’ projects. Extensive experience in managing change and its impact on people. Over ten years of managing teams as direct reports and indirectly in change networks and project teams; motivating, directing, and mentoring. Currently, I'm leading two streams of work as part of the Uisce Eireann Transformation Programme focusing on cultural integration, onboarding, and managing the impact that the change is having on the organisation across our internal teams. The UETP is one of the largest people change projects undertaken in the Public Sector in Ireland, bringing together 1,200 staff in Uisce Eireann with staff in water services in local authorities. The outcome will be a united workforce managing the water and wastewater services in Ireland. I'm very proud to be involved in this project.
