I hold Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree in Investment Banking I have good experience in Investment Banking spanning - deal structuring, Investment banking research-buy side and sell side, valuation, investment strategy, investment analysis, period domestic bond market analysis, economic data, financial statement analysis, and capital market operations. I currently hold the position of Senior Associate Corporate Finance/investment research at DLM Capital Group. Prior to working at DLM, I worked as a research analyst at LeadCapital providing equity cover on selected companies, I also provided specialized industry report as well as periodic macro economic analysis. I have formulated opinions on public and private companies in various sectors through financial, valuation analysis and industry research. My work has been acknowledged by various Nigerian dailies, international investors as well as other high net worth investors. I initiated coverage on the first Successful Future Flow Securitisation in the Nigeria Debt Capital Market (CERPAC Future Flow Securitisation). I, am member of the term that structured the first and second successful future flows securitization in the Nigerian Debt Capital Market (Securitization of the Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Alien Card receivables by CERPAC Receivables Funding SPV Plc - N18.97 billion total issuance; Securitization of Bus Rapid Transit System ticket receivables by Primero BRT Securitisation SPV Plc - N16.50 billion total issuance I am currently setting up a Special Purpose Company for Asset Finance and Microfinance Institutions Local Currency Wholesale Lending I have also worked as a personal income manager, and have managed multi million naira funds invested in stocks, fixed income securities and other money market instruments.
