About Alex Inett

Experienced Talent Leader | 20 Years in Talent Acquisition With two decades in talent acquisition, I’ve had the privilege of working across global tech scale-ups, international finance, and everything in between. My passion lies in taking big ideas and turning them into real, lasting impact—whether that’s building strategies from scratch, streamlining processes, or empowering teams to do their best work. I thrive on solving challenges and creating clarity in complex situations. For me, it’s about bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed. Supporting others is at the heart of what I do—I’m a big believer in lifting people up and helping them grow. As a female leader, I’m committed to driving real change in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I’ve worked hard to create inclusive, people-first strategies and love using my voice to champion others, especially women stepping into leadership roles. Above all, I’m passionate about building teams and workplaces where everyone can thrive—and having a little fun along the way!
