This is well demonstrated in my leading of large-scale digital transformations, automation, process optimization, and application launch initiatives. A key to my success has been my ability to communicate across all levels, engaging non-technical audiences in translating terms or reporting to management, or in coordinating and upskilling technical teams, along with enhancing customer service/support- I have an out-going personality and as such, welcome the chance to connect!
