I'm a global Executive and Organizational Senior Consultant with deep knowledge and line experience in HR and organizational consulting. With hands-on experience leading and managing large scale organizational change. Now working in Organizational Consulting, providing advice and sharing knowledge with clients. As an Executive of large global companies I was involved in changing business operating models (People, Processes, Systems and Leadership) and brought together all the HR practices to support such change. With multi-industry (FMCG, Energy, Oil & Gas, Retail and Mining) experience, I bring about different ways of doing things and best practices that can be applied to improve business performance. Multi-cultural experience having lived both in Latin America and Europe as well as working with people from Latin America, North America, Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, Africa and Australia. Was a member of the global HR Leadership Team in one of the top 5 global companies in the world. My passion is People and helping organizations to transform the way in which they operate.
