About Alex Johnston
As a student of physical therapy, I am set to graduate in June of 2024. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 2015, I became a Health & Fitness Technician, specializing in group and personal training. That same year, I discovered the CrossFit methodology and eventually became a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer at a local affiliate. In 2021, I completed my associates degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. I spent a year practicing full-time at a private practice outpatient clinic. During my studies, I continued CrossFit coaching and worked as a PTA on a PRN basis at an outpatient clinic. I am enthusiastic about providing 1:1 personalized fitness forward care to my patients so that they can return to their favorite activities, and even discover new ones they never thought were possible.
