I am a Systems and Desktop Engineer at CoreCard Software, Inc, a leading provider of card management and processing solutions. With more than eight years of experience in information technology, I have a bachelor's degree in computer science from Georgia State University and multiple certifications in Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and Windows Active Directory. My core mission is to automate and support IT solutions that enhance the productivity, security, and customer satisfaction of both local and remote staff. I lead a team of two US direct reports and thirty contractors in India, managing and troubleshooting various systems and services. I also have domain expertise in POS and ATM systems, having worked with leading companies such as Diebold Nixdorf and NCR, where I developed and supported base images, software packages, and technical support for POS terminals and ATM machines. I am passionate about integrating and supporting new technologies that improve business outcomes and user experiences.
