About Alex Kaylor

I currently work at DataMyte in a niche market of Quality Data Management in the connected factory. My main responsibility as Global Support Manager is managing our Global technical support issues from software to hardware that we produce. I ensure that any high and critical priority issues are overseen carefully, follows our internal procedures, and escalated accordingly to the appropriate teams as needed. Our technical support department strives to provide the highest quality of support to our customers, while also resolving their issues as soon as they are reported. I assist in supporting our Transend II, EnGagePlus, DAR/Insight, Escalate, and other DataMetrics Suite software, which includes our new Digital Clipboard product. I specifically work within the confinements of helping to correct licensing issues, querying data, fixing configurations of the applications, installation of the DataMetrics products, and troubleshooting our hardware that works with the DataMetrics Suite products. Some of my other responsibilities involve me overseeing project management with Paid projects, and helping with our internal IT software/hardware team. I have very strong skills in Microsoft SQL VM performance tools, moderate in SQL querying writing for stored procedures and functions, knowledgeable over SQL VM on IaaS in FCIs, AlwaysOn, and Migration. I have also developed strong database development skills, creating, configuring views, migrating data, and designing process/database mapping for relational databases.
