A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for over 30 years, I combine extensive executive and non-executive board level experience with successful delivery of complex change projects in matrix organisations in various sectors. I have led large scale employment practice and policy projects for many organisations to improve workforce wellbeing and performance. I have extensive pay and pensions experience, at national, regional, and local levels, both in terms of developing and implementing policy but also advising remuneration committees. Recent assignments (as part of Leading Kind's Retained Director Service) have included Interim Director of HR and OD at University of Dundee, Interim Transformation Lead at Advance HE, and Interim Reward Consultant at Birmingham City University.
