I am a tech savvy, pragmatic, innovative Quality Assurance and Production Support Analyst experienced in business analysis, technical writing, client user acceptance testing and project coordination. My area of expertise is serving as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure the quality of processes and systems in customer facing environments. My business analysis skills equip me with the ability to redesign business requirements and develop user guides, manuals, and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) that helped internal teams more easily access and understand systems and resulted in the release of software that increased client satisfaction. I didn’t always understand technology as much as I do today. However, I took the time, early in my career, to understand technology overall, including the jargon and methodology, to better relate to technology teams. As a result, I have effectively interacted with technology teams to reduce issues, which enhanced the development of systems yielding a more ideal customer experience. I enjoy coordinating projects that span across all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). I am passionate about cybersecurity and privacy protection and enjoy knowing that I contributed to the success of a project.
