About Alex Laleva

As a proud graduate of the Environmental Engineering Program at the University of Guelph, I bring over 4 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry to my role at Montrose Environmental Group. My technical experience includes water resources, hydraulic modelling, hydrogeology, and water/wastewater infrastructure. Leveraging my organizational and communication skills, I thrive in collaborative environments and strive to work as a team to provide sustainable long-term solutions. In line with my passion for personal growth, I volunteer with the PEO Grand River Chapter 30 by 30 Committee, organizing events that inspire young women to pursue engineering and develop their skills. My engagement as a mentee in the OWWA and WEMI mentorship programs also drives my commitment to collaborate with other engineers, always be learning, and encourage the next generation.
