About Alex Lapidus

I'm a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator with a passion for creating inclusive learning environments. As someone fluent in multiple languages, I deeply appreciate and embrace the richness of language and cultural diversity, allowing me to connect effectively with children and families from various backgrounds. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology and an ECE Diploma, providing me with a solid foundation in understanding child development and implementing evidence-based practices. Additionally, I am actively pursuing studies in Resource Consulting to further enhance my ability to provide comprehensive and personalized support to both children and their families. In my current role as a Classroom Facilitator at the Entry to School program I support families with children diagnosed with ASD who are entering the school for the first time. Together with a multidisciplinary team, I help children develop essential school-readiness skills in a supportive classroom environment. The collaborative approach we use allows us to leverage our collective expertise and create an environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.
