And it's both my goal and my experience that both complement each other very well. I have extensive multi-level management experience and a commercial focus from both private and public organizations. In addition, I have experience with full P&L responsibility, budgeting and performance monitoring via KPIs, which has given me the skills to drive sustainable growth while meeting financial targets.
