Senior Integrated Production Director, Creative at Jellyfish, leading Integrated Production globally, a team of 45+ producers spanning EMEA, US, LATAM, APAC, Mexico and India hubs. Delivering end-to-end production solutions for brands like Google, Netflix, Uber, Nike, Adidas, Apple, and TikTok, across social, influencer, experiential, film, localisation, and AI-driven content. I specialise in building and scaling high-performance, market-adaptive teams that can deliver complex, multi-channel campaigns at speed. When teams are asking “How are we going to do this?” I am the one who figures it out. Over the past year I have reshaped Integrated Production into a one global team model, embedding AI and Pencil workflows and deploying new hubs in Mexico and India. I have also strengthened commercial performance through increased operational workflows and governance. These changes have not only improved efficiency but have also scaled creativity and delivery for some of the world’s biggest brands. I also leverage my neurodivergence as a superpower. What once set me apart now helps me lead differently. These days I am as focused on championing and mentoring other neurodivergent talent as I am on the work itself. Earlier career highlights include leading production for sports, retail, and brand campaigns at Splash Worldwide (Nike, Under Armour, Hilton, Sharpie) and a decade in branded content, live music coverage, and streaming, working with agencies like ENGINE, TWELVE and BMB from the MySpace era to Meta.
