Background

About Alex Logemann

I am an experienced legal and government relations professional with diverse experiences to draw on while resolving legal and policy questions. I have worked on policy initiatives at every tier of government, including the federal, state and local levels, and successfully worked with elected officials of all types to pass legislation or defeat proposals that would affect the bicycle industry. I have overseen legislative projects from start to finish, drafting bills and navigating the policymaking process until they are signed into law. Having worked at a trade association for several years, I also have considerable experience in public relations and member engagement. I have particular expertise in complex trade and tariff matters. I have overseen the bicycle industry's successful response to trade conflicts, saving the industry millions of dollars in avoided duty.
