About Alex Luedtke

During my time as an undergraduate in the discipline of Political Science, my interests have tended to drift away from the social sciences and more towards the hard, physical sciences (specifically environmental and ecological sciences). However, I have not chosen to completely abandon the academic principles I have gleaned from studying public policy, as I have seen that an effective policy is an absolute necessity in the proper management of natural resources and the environment.With this in mind, I plan on widening my knowledge of water resource management and jurisdiction, and applying this to a long and successful career as an Analyst for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. However, this does not preclude any other career opportunities that I may encounter.I plan on extending my collegiate education all the way through law school. I am scheduled to take (and, most importantly, ace) the Law School Admission Test in the Fall of 2015. With good faith in my performance on this test, I will go on to study environmental law at the University of Idaho College of Law in the following Fall Semester of 2016.
